Join our team: we are hiring a production welder in Roseau County, Minnesota. Day to day you will read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
