Canteen cook wanted in Clinton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in Clinton County, Michigan. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. On a typical shift you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch.
