Urgent requirement: we are hiring a smash repairer in Minnehaha County, South Dakota. The job is at an accident repair garage. You should have: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement On a typical shift you will shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection.
