Your main tasks: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins Requirements: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service 5+ years on the tools preferred. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
