Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Gasconade County, Missouri. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. The role involves: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
