Shuttering charge hand — Lapeer County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Lapeer County, Michigan. The job is at a precast concrete yard. The role involves: • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured You should have: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
