Scullery hand • Idaho County, Idaho

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Idaho County, Idaho. On a typical shift you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift.
