Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing Your main tasks: • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code Full-time, day shift.
