Dish pit attendant wanted in San Benito County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in San Benito County, California. You will work in a hospital canteen. You should have: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) On the job you will handle: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
