Panel welder wanted in Bristol Bay Borough

Immediate opening: we are hiring a panel welder in Bristol Bay Borough, Alaska. Ideal candidate: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings You will weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
