Immediate opening: we are hiring a roofing labourer in Troup County, Georgia. The job is at a roofing and cladding contractor. Ideal candidate: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems On a typical shift you will lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. Share your details and we will call you back.
