Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure $3,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
