You should have: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods The role involves: • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
