Now hiring: we are hiring a final inspection operator in Clay County, Kentucky. You will work on a garment production line. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade Day-to-day duties: • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
