Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Corson County, South Dakota. Day-to-day duties: • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow What we are looking for: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth Part-time with flexible hours.
