Canteen cook wanted in Red River Parish

Join our team: we are hiring a canteen cook in Red River Parish, Louisiana. You will be based in a hotel kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Prepare the mise en place before each service You should have: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
