Panel welder wanted in Bartholomew County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a panel welder in Bartholomew County, Indiana. You will work in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. On a typical shift you will set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions. You should have: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
