Metal caster wanted in Spencer County

Now hiring: we are hiring a metal caster in Spencer County, Indiana. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards On the job you will handle: • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces 4+ years on the tools preferred.
