We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Karasuwa, Yobe State. You will work at a wholesale meat market. Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On a typical shift you will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts; season and marinate meat on request. ₦295,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
