Requirements: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems Day to day you will inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools.
