Pot washer • Bernalillo County, New Mexico

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pot washer in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred On the job you will handle: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks Six days a week, one day off.
