Pot washer wanted in Greene County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pot washer in Greene County, Tennessee. The job is in a catering unit. The role involves empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred 5+ years on the tools preferred.
