The role involves shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers. Requirements: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
