We are recruiting: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC mechanic in Washington County, Illinois. The job is at a supermarket cold-chain site. The role involves measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges; replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves. Ideal candidate: • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold We offer $2,800 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided.
