Day to day you will buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray. What we are looking for: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop 3+ years on the tools preferred.
