Urgent requirement: we are hiring a steam press operator in Sagadahoc County, Maine. On a typical shift you will set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing. Requirements: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
