The role involves: • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint You should have: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing 5+ years on the tools preferred.
