Vacancy available: earthmoving equipment operator (Mississippi)

We are recruiting: we are hiring an earthmoving equipment operator in Jones County, Mississippi. You will be based in a demolition and site-clearance yard. Requirements: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Physically fit for long hours in the cab on outdoor sites On a typical shift you will backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers; keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. $210 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
