Pipe tig welder wanted in Cavalier County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Cavalier County, North Dakota. You will be based in a pharmaceutical piping facility. Day to day you will carry out 6G pipe welds where required; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
