Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Monroe County, Tennessee. You will work in a catering unit. You will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
