Great opportunity: we are hiring an abattoir worker in East Riding of Yorkshire, England. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. Day to day you will monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; season and marinate meat on request; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case. Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
