Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting The role involves inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
