Urgent requirement: formwork joiner (Alabama)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Greene County, Alabama. You will work on a metro and tunnel project. On a typical shift you will set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour. Ideal candidate: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
