MIG/MAG welder • Obio/Akpor, Rivers State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Obio/Akpor, Rivers State. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes You will clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. ₦1,750 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
