Cook wanted in Pickens County

What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Day-to-day duties: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
