Fabrication workshop technician wanted in Benton County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Benton County, Iowa. You will be based on site fitting windows in new-build flats. Day-to-day duties: • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam What we are looking for: • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors Full-time, day shift. $24 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
