Heavy goods vehicle driver wanted in Hood River County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a heavy goods vehicle driver in Hood River County, Oregon. Day-to-day duties: • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock Ideal candidate: • Current Driver CPC qualification card • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence Full-time, day shift.
