We are recruiting: we are hiring a power press operator in Rutland County, Vermont. The job is in a metal fabrication workshop. Requirements: • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading You will clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean.
