Construction helper wanted in Shawnee County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a construction helper in Shawnee County, Kansas. You will work on a residential housing site. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker Day to day you will bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel.
