Vacancy available: we are hiring a commercial refrigeration engineer in Jackson County, Georgia. You will be based at a supermarket cold-chain site. Ideal candidate: • Available on-call and at weekends for breakdowns • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders Day to day you will fault-find control boards and defrost timers; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; trace electrical circuits with a multimeter; service split AC units and VRF systems; replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
