Kitchen cook — Stafford County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Stafford County, Virginia. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. Day to day you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
