Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Jefferson County, Montana. Your main tasks: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Pay around $160 per day, based on your experience.
