Vacancy available: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Onslow County, North Carolina. Ideal candidate: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes The role involves top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness.
