Great opportunity: we are hiring a room service attendant in Richland County, Wisconsin. You will be based in a five-star hotel. What we are looking for: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts You will lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
