Argon welder • Sheridan County, Kansas

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon welder in Sheridan County, Kansas. You will be based on an industrial construction site. Day-to-day duties: • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle You should have: • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Own basic hand tools and PPE At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
