Immediate opening: heavy equipment operator (dozer) (Colorado)

Now hiring: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator (dozer) in Routt County, Colorado. You will be based at a busy earthworks site. On the job you will handle: • Grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Push-load motor scrapers during bulk earthmoving • Clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin • Backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil You should have: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence Part-time with flexible hours.
