Powder coating technician wanted in Habersham County

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Habersham County, Georgia. You will work on an industrial coating line. The role involves record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes 4+ years on the tools preferred.
