Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Grant Parish, Louisiana. You will work at a banquet hall. Day to day you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
