Crane rigger wanted in Municipal Area Council

Great opportunity: we are hiring a crane rigger in Municipal Area Council, Federal Capital Territory. Your main tasks: • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear Requirements: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket ₦200,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
