Collision repair technician — Orange County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a collision repair technician in Orange County, Vermont. You will be based in an insurance-approved repair centre. The role involves check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place. You should have: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports 3+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $5,200 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
